very disappointed in this purchase and wish i hadn't made it. the delivery process took weeks. when it finally arrived the leather looks black like the ink rubbed off on the material all around the engraving. the quality of this journal is just not very good. all the materials used feel and look cheap. the cover itself looks like a bright pink in photos and it is not the same in person. this is a lesson learned.

I am completely impressed with the variety of sizes the quality of the soft, fabulous, thick leather and the construction all of the stitching the cords and the shipping time is really reasonable for coming as far as it does to Texas. I think I got both of mine in less than two weeks and I will probably order another at some point. They just can’t be beat for the variety of thickness of the spine so if you wanna carry a lot of notebooks, it’s amazing. I’m just so impressed with this company and these leather journal covers! I ordered the Gabriel because I wanted a really substantial chunky journal in the burgundy leather, which is beautiful

Extremely disappointing engraving — nothing like what was promised The engraving on my notebook is frankly terrible. The symbols are far smaller than expected and crudely engraved, with none of the fine detail shown in the examples or discussed with the seller. I was specifically told that they could handle fine, detailed designs, which clearly was not the case with my order. Even worse, they added their own logo to the back of the notebook, directly between the symbols, completely ruining the arrangement and the design I had specifically requested. I did not ask for their logo, and placing it in the middle of a carefully planned layout is incredibly unprofessional. The end result looks cheap and poorly executed rather than like the carefully crafted custom notebook I paid for. If you are ordering a custom engraving, do not assume that the seller's examples represent the quality you will actually receive. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase.
